Discovery is fixed two-week, every time. Then a priced Proposal — never runaway hourly billing — across Starter Sprint, Growth Build, or Enterprise Partner. Pick the shape that fits the work; the partner who replies runs the build if we agree to take it.

Numbers below are illustrative — the real price is the one the Proposal locks in after Discovery. The shape, the discipline, and the line of sight stay the same.
